Forum Terms of service

Using the forum. By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post messages inciting or evoking illegal practices, or violating the terms of use of the service.

The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. Following All Rules
AllRM Members required to follow these rules to the best of theirabilities. If a conflict or Issue arises, you may contact a Captain orother high ranked member about the issue. Resistance Movement is aHighly Organized gamers clan made to serve its members. All rules andregulations are retroactive.

Requirements
1. All RM members must be at least 15 years old, exceptions to be given only directly by a captain or 1st lieutenant.

2.All recruits must register on the website before they can be consideredeligible for entry into the clan, and post on the 'recruits sign inhere' thread. They are required to Register with a user name identicalto their Xbox Live user name. Any member inactive on the forums formore than 2 months will be banned.

3. Every recruit in RM mustbe read the Recruiting Transcript, Code Of Conduct, Ranks, PromotionSystem, and Disciplinary actions for not following rules outlined insaid documents.

Regulations

1. Every member in the clanmust attend a clan event at least once a week to be considered active,this may include meetings, practices, general acosiation with fellowmembers of the clan, etc. Only exceptions to this rule is if somethingcomes up out of the members control and he informs a Officer ahead oftime. It can also be understandable if the member was not able tocontact the officer during his inactivity, and can be overlooked.

2. The Tag of RM is avalible to staff classes only, or member classes by a captains direct approval.

3.No Member of RM can be a member of another gaming association (Clan,Guild, Squad, Club, Cult, etc.). Casual association is, however,acceptable.

Policies

1. To be considered active, allMembers are required to partake in at least 2 clan activities everyweek, and the monthly checkup (A thread in the forums that every activemember must sign into within the week of the post stating they areactive on the forums). Clan activities include: Practices, Meetings,Recruiting runs, Matchmaking party, etc. If any member is not involvedwith at least any two of said activities each week, then you areconsidered inactive and are ineligible for promotion and any importantevents such as tryouts for special positions in the clan. Once a memberis inactive for two full weeks, the member will be kicked out of theclan. If a member was gone and couldn't contact us for reasons out ofhis control, then he may send a friend request to any of the HighOfficers and send a message explaining why he was gone, and he will beput back into the clan (May be given demotion or restore their rankdepending on situation)


2. For anyone under the required ageof 15 that wishes to join the clan, it is possible to recruit them bygiving the possible recruit the gamer tag of any captain and then senda message explaining the situation. The Captain will then play with theperson for any amount of time and decide for themselves whether or notthey can join the clan.

Be respectful and fair
All RMmembers should be respectful of everyone they see, friend or stranger,and only be hostile if that person gave the member reason to be. Thisclan does not allow corpse humping or trash talking, curses, racism,sexism, and insults. Hacking or modding the game is unacceptable in anyform no matter what the situation. Glitches are fine as long as theyaren't used competitively (I.E. Practices, matchmaking, clan battles,duels, etc.) Circle boosting is also not allowed, and de-ranking isstrictly prohibited unless the member that wishes to de-rank is in afull party with people who also wish to de-rank.
Any member thatuses or associates himself with another person that does in fact Hack,Mod, Circle Boosts, De-Ranks without a full party, or uses glitchesunfairly will be immediately demoted or possibly banned from the clan.
Ifany member finds out another member does any of the things noted above,or a member that hangs out with a person that does the thingspreviously stated should immediately contact a superior and report theissue.

Ranks
In general every member should respect oneanother, but this goes double for a members superior. Members arerequired to follow orders (as long as they are reasonable) from them,and on the battlefield, if anyone is of proper battle commander rankthey assume control of all under their rank and must follow their orderno matter what it is. Posing as a higher rank than a member actually iswill get him demoted or baned from this clan.

Ranks and outfit
AnyMember that does not wear the proper uniform and/or emblem and/orgamers motto/bio will be ineligible for promotion, and will not beallowed to join in any clan activities and will be demoted if the saidmember does not change Uniform, Emblem or Gamers Motto/Bio within aweek within being told to correct his Identification and outfit.
